The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia, wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows: 

On the morning of September 3, 2026, His Excellency Lieutenant General Rath Dararoth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of National Defence, led a briefing for the Military Attaché Corps Phnom Penh (MACPP), comprising 22 representatives from 18 countries, on the latest developments and situation along the Cambodia–Thailand border. The briefing was held at the Ministry of National Defence.
